If we go by the bookish definitions then we ll find definitions like "Finance is the science of funds management. The general areas of finance are business finance, personal finance, and public finance. Finance includes saving money and often includes lending money. The field of finance deals with the concepts of time, money and risk and how they are interrelated. It also deals with how money is spent and budgeted". Wow what a great explanation, i guess you might have understood everything. One thing we should always keep in our head is ,"Do not follow complicated definitions or explanations". Because it will scare you and it will also deviate your mind from the beautiful subject called Finance.

When I started reading Finance books that time I was also very confused that , what is it that I am reading. You had to be very focused when you are talking about Finance because in this subjects there are plenty of factors which will deviate your mind to leave the subject.

So now coming to the point..

What is Finance from my view point??
What you do in your day to day life is Finance for me. i can better justify my point from the following examples:-
1) When you prepare a daily budget that how much you have to spent and how you will spend that money is nothing but Finance.
2) When you do not have money to smoke and you arrange it from your friends, Its again a part of Finance.
3) When girlfriends plan to give a gift to their fellow mates and starts saving money, is nothing but Finance..
So the point is it is our perception and attitude how we take the things but if we really go deep down in the Ocean called FINANCE then only we can make out that how simple it is.
